As every order is custom-made, we do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements under any circumstance. We take utmost care in packaging to ensure your bouquet reaches you safely. Each piece is carefully wrapped and checked before dispatch However, once dispatched, the parcel is handled by third-party couriers, and we cannot be held responsible for any damage, delay, or mishandling during transit.
